About Therese White.
Over the past fifteen years, Therese has conducted over 500 employment
mediations in both the litigation, pre-litigation, and early-intervention stages regarding work-place and housing discrimination.

Most of these mediations involved diversity-related claims of race/color, gender, ADA, age
discrimination and disability, as well as the associated claims of harassment,
retaliation and wrongful termination.

Though Therese is not an attorney, she has the necessary knowledge of
discrimination law and can offer specific guidance regarding EEOC policies
and procedures.

But, most importantly, she provides the requisite sensitivity and know-how
to overcome obstructive emotions, motives and behaviors. And, she knows how to build sufficient trust and understanding to solve the dispute.

Additionally, Therese has been hired to train over a thousand attorneys, corporate and community leaders, and their staffs in the mediation process, valuing diversity in
the workplace, and managing workplace conflict.

She will discuss some real strengths that will empower you with knowledge to protect yourself.
